As of now, we have enabled HTTPS tracker announcements and IPv6 peering for all users. These settings are also enabled by default for all new accounts.

HTTPS tracker announcements have been enabled by default to allow for a safer and more private downloading experience. Without HTTPS enabled, some entities may (and probably will) see that you are using our torrent tracker.
IPv6 peering has been enabled because the IPv4 pool has been exhausted and ISPs are increasingly deploying Carrier-grade NAT. This means that as time goes by, fewer users will be connectable on IPv4 and more will be connectable on IPv6.

If your client does not support HTTPS announcements and/or IPv6 we recommend you upgrade your client to the latest version available. If you are unable or unwilling to upgrade your client, you can disable these settings in your account settings (My Profile > Edit Profile). The setting that causes issues with old clients is the HTTPS one. Old clients sometimes cannot communicate over an HTTPS connection.

In other news, about a month ago we have merged 3 trackers into one: SceneFZ.me, MyXZ.eu and IceTorrent.org. At a later date we will start merging the accounts as well. The merging will be based on the email address so if you have an account with 2 or all of the trackers make sure you use the same email address on all of them so that the merging can occur. More info will be provided as we get closer to the merger.
