Dear shadows, iTS with great pleasure that we'd like to announce the full and somewhat grand opening of our new encoding sections. We have a full, in-depth tutorial for advanced level video encoding as well as a guide for beginners. We'd love you to get involved and we have some friendly and vastly experienced help on hand ready to guide you through the process with feedback and advice.   : dancing :

Encoding will be split in to two distinct groups. Q0S for the experts and S0Q for the beginners. After following the detailed guides, you can post your encodes here. They will be checked, feedback given, and once approved and uploaded, will be stickied on the main browse page. Those following the advanced route [Q0S] can expect to achieve the highest possible results and those following the beginner route [S0Q] should be able to make something they can be proud of too. Encoders who are learning, will have the potential to be promoted to the uploader class and those that manage to reach the [Q0S] high standard and regularly upload  high quality content, will be promoted to releaser. This is the highest rank on iTS and comes with some nice surprises. : naughty :

We've put a lot of work in to getting these up to date and they will continue to develop and grow over time. Whether you're ready to improve your skills, or starting from the beginning, we'd love to help. We pride ourselves on quality and transparency to the source and we're sure you will you learn a lot with us on your encoding journey. Everyone is welcome and we'd love to have some more people join the encoding groups. We look forward to your participation.
