Therefore after such an enlightening discussion it has been revealed to me where NBL has been going wrong. Henceforth all downloads/uploads will be immediately disabled globally for all users. The way forward has been revealed to us via the Prophet uselessking.

No, seriously when I have to deal with these excuses in IRC I find it terribly frustrating. Users with these kind of excuses are part of the problem. We can't build a thriving community if we wait for everyone else to do it for us.

The moral of the story here is if you want it to continue, use it!
