Place torrent files in the folder with the move name and a year (see folder structure in upload rules).
Click on the "Create ADC Torrent" button on upload page.




And you will end up here. All information is pre-populated, just click "Choose Movie Folder", say 'yes' to browser request to share information. After files finish uploading, click "Create torrent" you will see progress bars and after torrent creation is completed, the "Download torrent" option will become visible.





Later use this torrent on upload page.
